What is a memory café?

A Memory Café is a place where you can go to socialize and have fun with other people who have worries about their memory. At a memory café, people can relax and just be themselves. They can enjoy activities, share stories and socialize with others, knowing that no one judges them and all who are there are going through almost the same things that they go through every day. There may be games, crafts, music, art, speakers, and occasional field trips - whatever is of interest to the group. We will just enjoy each other's company.

Who should come?

Individuals with Mild Cognitive Impairment, early- to mid-stage Alzheimer’s, or other forms of memory loss or dementia, and their care partners.

When and where is it held?
